Day
1-3
We will start our adventure in the charming capital of Georgia - Tbilisi, an eclectic city - a mix of ancient, Soviet and modern, you can really feel the history in this city as you wander its colourful streets. A large statue of “Mother Georgia” looks out from the hill over the city… Wander the ancient winding streets, and breathe in the living past. Discover the diverse arts of Georgia on some select tours, and even meet the artists. Get to know a modern female textile artist at her own studio and gallery. Relax at the famous Tbilisi Sulfur Baths, then be immersed in culture as you enjoy the unique Georgian polyphonic singing at a Georgian style party!

4-6
Explore picturesque and the most fertile part of Georgia - Kakheti, which is known as a birthplace of viticulture and wine-making. We will visit the Bodbe Nunnery, the place where St. Nino, the famous 4th.c female evangelist of Georgia is buried. Discover the charm of the Sighnaghi Royal Town, with ornate wooden balconies and narrow streets. Local women who will show us their crafts, from silkworm farming to felt making! Learn about the fascinating Georgian Winemaking process, try some Georgian wine at the Tsinandali Family Estate, and take a cooking class with local women to discover how the region’s dishes are made. You’ll be immersed in Georgian culture at the very heart of Georgia.

7-8
On the way to Split, explore ancient Zadar., where you can see Roman and early medieval ruins. See the famous “Sea Organ”, an instrument played by the movement of the Adriatic Sea. Visit the ancient city of Stone – Trogir, and medieval Split.– the architecture of these cities will take your breath away, and will make you feel like you’ve stepped straight into the set of Game of Thrones! As well as being an ancient city, Split is also considered the Capital of Fashion in Croatia. Enjoy a tour with one of our female guides, and learn more about this creative medium which has been a form of expression for women across Croatia for centuries.

7-8
Marvel at the high peaks, roaring rivers and mountain lifestyle of Georgia’s Caucasus Mountains, while travelling on one of the oldest roads in Georgia. This ancient city sits on the meeting point of two major rivers: Kura and Aragvi rivers. The incredible view over the meeting point of the two rivers and the ancient city of Mtskheta is one of the most iconic views in all of Georgia! Marvel at the huge Svetitskhoveli cathedral, a sacred site under which the Robe of Christ is supposedly buried. Enjoy the stunning views of Kazbek Mountain and the Gergeti Church in its shadow, as you breathe in the fresh mountain air… Plus you’ll experience lunch with a local family, who will teach you how to make Georgian Dumplings – “Khinkali!”

9-11
Delve deeper into Georgia – explore a rock-hewn town almost 2000 years old, and the Vardzia Cave Monastery - an entire city carved within the very side of the Erusheti Mountain in Georgia. Explore Samtskhe – a region of stone-terraced landscapes, green valleys littered with centuries old fortresses. We’ll meet local nuns at the Poka nunnery complex, where the nuns produce their own local cheeses on the territory of monastery. Enjoy a cheese tasting of various local cheeses! Be amazed by the UNESCO World Heritage Sites - Bagrati Cathedral and Gelati Monastery.

12-15
Going even deeper… We’ll visit the Prometheus Caves – a 1.2km-long cave complex providing breathtaking examples of stalactites, stalagmites, curtains, petrified waterfalls, cave pearls, underground rivers, and lakes. Back into the sunshine, we’ll finish our journey in beautiful Batumi, one of the oldest cities in Georgia, inhabited since 3BC. This seaside town is laid back and hospitable, with grape vines growing above its picturesque streets. Home to a charming old town, lazy beaches, and cosy cafes, but also is home to a vibrant modern feel. Wander the stunning old-city district with picturesque balconies and small, cosy bars. Visit the Batumi Botanical Garden, where the views of the Black Sea are a sight to behold, before rounding off our journey with a traditional Adjarian folk show and Georgian farewell dinner!
